Precinct 3 Democrats Brave the Elements to Plan the Future
On Saturday, March 23 — by one account, the rainiest March day on record — Precinct 3 Democrats gathered at the New Kent Apartments party room to hear from local Democratic officials and talk about plans for the upcoming election. We heard from State Representative Chris Pielli and East Goshen Supervisor Barbara Emery; we got to know one another while working on the Precinct 3 Civics Trivia Game, and we learned about opportunities to get involved from emeritus Supervisor David Shuey. The warmth of everyone in the room overcame the harsh weather outside, and by the time the meeting ended, the rain had stopped!
